Located 30 miles south of Chicago, Ill. , the sub-division was founded by Mr. John Parker, Evelyn Parker and Ronald Parker in 1971.  Willow Brook Estates 1,2,3 consist of 161 lots (around 3/4 of an acre each).

 

The Willow Brook 1.2.3. - Estates Community Association Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation composed of all owners of a fee simple interest in Willow Brook Estates.  The purposes of the Association are to insure high standards of maintenance, preservation, development and use of all common areas, provide a coordinated approach to community projects and other efforts for the common benefit of its' members.  Each homeowner is governed by a Declaration of Protective Covenants, Architectural Guidelines, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of Willow Brook Estates; copies of the above can be reviewed on line and/or printed for your review.

Willow Brook is located 30 miles south of Chicago, Ill. in Crete Township, one mile west on Exchange Road from the State of Indiana, two and half miles east of Route 394 and eight miles East of the town of Crete, Illinois.
